Farmhouse Magnaboschi is recommended by the Maremma Park.  Our company is included in the project of the Regional Park of Maremma to create and maintain structures that meet standards for the respect of the environment. We have joined an “ecological disciplinary” proposed by the Park Authority, which aims to improve the services offered to tourists, in terms of quality and resource savings (e.g.: elimination of disposable containers for drinks, use of ecological paper, saving on water and energy, separate collection of waste, promotion of the territory and the opportunity to participate in training courses promoted by the Park Authority).

Farmhouse Magnaboschi meets the requirements of the project E.vi.Med. for SUSTAINABLE TOURISM.

He participated and joined the network E.vi.Med – Balance of life in the Mediterranean, a project funded by the European Interreg III B-MEDOCC Programme.

The project, Balance of Life in the Mediterranean, involves five areas of Mediterranean Europe, united by the objective of pursuing objectives of achieving balanced and sustainable tourism development, which preserves local resources, and that it follows awareness-raising practices on the prudent use of water, light, waste management, and provides tools to help these practices.

For example, the equipment with low-consumption light bulbs, the timers of the lights in the common areas, fans (and not air conditioners) sufficient to make pleasant the stay in the interior given the warm climate, typical of Maremma Tuscany, but ventilated and not excessively humid, containers for separate collection).
